How do I return an item?
Our online Return Policy for Splurge Boutique is store credit only. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will be issued an online credit through a gift card that you can then use to purchase the new size or different item(s). All discounted and/or sale items are a final sale ONLY.
In order for your online purchased items to be eligible for exchange they must meet the following requirements:
1. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Items that smell of smoke or odors will not be accepted.
2. Items must be received by Splurge Boutique no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt. All credits must be used online within 60 days.
If the items do not meet both of the above criteria, they will not be able to be accepted and no store credit will be issued.
To return for exchange an online item by mail, enclose a copy of your receipt and highlight or circle which items you are returning. Please call and speak with a manager before mailing.

We highly suggest you return online items with a tracking number and insured. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your items, they will be processed at which time you will be issued a gift card for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
**Please note, once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled and items cannot be removed from that order.
Online purchased items can be returned/exchanged in store at Splurge Boutique within 10 days of purchase for in-store credit only. Receipt must be brought in with purchase.
